Equipment feature
Blanching on products is conducted by spiral blanching function, inhibit the enzyme activity of the fruit and vegetable to keep fruit and vegetable fresh color, the vegetable green odor and keep perfume, improve cell flexibility, moisture evaporation, for the next working procedure of process requirement, which has laid a good foundation which can effectively enhance quality, stable quality, improve efficiency, labor saving, reducing energy consumption and reduce production costs.
The spiral blanching machine is designed with internal and external double cylinders, and the outer cylinder is made of punching plate. Between internal and external cylinders, spiral plates are used to push materials. The water tank is equipped with steam heating pipes.
The water tank body is designed with water-sealed steam cover, and both sides are designed with sanitary and cleaning doors, which can be easily switched on and off. The transmission adopts cycloidal needle wheel reducer, and the blanching time is adjusted by frequency conversion.
The equipment is made of stainless steel (SUS304), except the reducer and electrical parts, etc. It is durable, reliable, easy to operate and easy to maintain.
