Werkend principe:
High efficiency heat pump drying unit is composed by fins type evaporator(outdoor machine), compressor, fins type condenser(indoor machine), and expansion valve. The process is continuous heat circulation from evaporation (absorb the heat in the environment from indoor and outdoor) compression condensation
(release the heat in the drying room) the thermal cycle of throttling reevaporation , which will transfer the heat from the environment outside to inner dryer, the coolant is circulated in the system in working by compressor. The coolant finished a gas booster heating process in compressor ( temperature reach up to 100℃), then it release the heat to increase the air temperature in the drying room when it is enter into the indoor machine, and at the same time the coolant will become liquid type, and when it is run through the outdoor machine, it became gas from liquid again by evaporation, and the temperature low down to -0℃~-10℃, at that time the air around the heat absorber will supply the heat to the coolant continuously.
