Blow dewatering machine can effectively remove moisture from the surface of materials, effectively improve quality, stabilize quality, improve efficiency, save labor, reduce energy consumption and reduce production costs.
The equipment adopts two-stage design. In the production process, the material moves at a uniform speed on the conveying belt of the blow dewatering machine. Meanwhile, the strong air flow of the high pressure centrifugal fan blows away water drop on the product surface. Transmission speed and blowing height can be adjusted according to production process.
The equipment is made of stainless steel (SUS304) except the reducer and electrical parts etc. It is durable, stable, easy to operate and maintain.

It is widely used for surface dewatering of all kinds of materials, such as all kinds of clean vegetables, boiled vegetables, seasoning dishes, sauces, marinated products etc., especially for fragile materials that are not suitable for vibration dewatering and centrifugal dewatering.
