Fitur alat
Normal temperature cooling machine can effectively pre-cool food and share the burden of ice water pre-cooling machine. In the subsequent quick-freezing process, it can effectively improve quality, stabilize quality, improve efficiency, save labor, reduce energy consumption and reduce production cost.
Normal temperature cooling machine is equipped with water spraying device at the feed inlet, water tank is equipped with bubble cooling pipeline. Outside the water tank, it is equipped with multiple groups of water spray cooling pipeline, bubble and spray double effect cooling. Transmission adopts cycloidal pin gear speed reducer , cooling time is variable frequency adjustment.
The equipment is made of stainless steel (SUS304), except the reducer and electrical parts etc. It is durable, stable, easy to operate and maintain.
